TX2 Exterior Renew was founded on a simple concept: Treat your home like our own.

What began as conversations between two colleagues in the foster system quickly grew into the dream of becoming a trusted, go-to pressure washing service for families and businesses across our community. Rooted in discipline, honesty, and attention to detail, we’ve channeled our military and philanthropic values into a local business that puts people first - and by extension, their properties.

We started TX2 Exterior Renew after seeing too many homes fall into disrepair from lack of affordable upkeep. We knew something had to change. TX2 stood for “Turner times Titus,” the inaugral founders and driving force behind our no-nonsense, results-driven service model. But the equation changed when Brandon Baul joined the team - transforming TX2 from a multiplicative operation to an exponential one. With Brandon’s innovation, field expertise, and relentless work ethic, we’ve leveled up our capacity to serve, scale, and satisfy.

Turner brings a mix of discipline, creativity, and heart to TX2 Exterior Renew. A military veteran with a background in educational leadership, he oversees content creation, data-informed business strategy, development, and analytics.

Turner is known for his research-based approach, genuine care for business “done the ethical way,” and an empathetic heart for coworkers and customers. He is a proud father and husband, a volunteer drummer at a local church, a chess coach to all ages including retirement communities, and has over a decade of investment into the Vancouver, WA community.

Titus Bohanan Co-Founder,

Commercial Representative & Operations

Titus has invested incalculable amounts of time and diligence in becoming the hands-on expert behind every clean. With years of experience in the railroad industry and corrections, he has mechanical expertise paired with a sharp eye for detail. He leads service operations with precision and consistency. Titus was key in building and maintaining our professional-grade equipment and ensures every jobsite is left better than we found it. As a former correctional officer, Titus brings calm under pressure, tactical efficiency, and a no-cut-corners attitude.

Brandon Boal - Owner-Operator

Operational Lead & Risk Management

With over 20 years in construction, Brandon brings deep expertise in electrical systems, data, fire alarms, and large-scale project management across residential, multifamily, and commercial properties - including parking garages and tenant improvements. As a former lead jobsite foreman in the Vancouver-Portland metro area, he’s known for delivering quality results and leading teams with precision and accountability.

Brandon holds an LEA technician license and is certified in rigging, signaling, and operating various list systems. His background in construction and risk management, paired with four years of college, has shaped him into a strategic thinker and problem solver. He thrives on challenging himself in leadership roles, always seeking smarter ways to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.

Passionate about customer service and job-site excellence, Brandon believes that knowledge, communication, and honesty are the cornerstones of a job well done. He’s meticulous but approachable; dedicated to making a positive impact - both for his clients and his team.

When he’s not on the job, Brandon enjoys time with his family, playing sports, and exploring the outdoors. His favorite quote says it all:

“Prior proper planning produces perfect performance.”
